Business Encounter: “Real-Estate Construction and Development: New Challenges for a Renewed Industry”

On 9 June the main Directors at Grupo Peñarroya attended the Business Encounter: “Real-Estate Construction and Development: New Challenges for a Renewed Industry”, organised by the Provincial Constructors and Developers Association of Malaga, ACP, in collaboration with Caixabank and Sociedad de Tasación.

 

The main local developers and constructors were brought together at the Thyssen Museum in Malaga to analyse market trends and the new lines of financing for new real-estate projects.

 

During the event, attended by our Chairwoman, Pepa Peñarroya, and Cristóbal Peñarroya, Founder and Honorary Chairman, special mention was made of Grupo Peñarroya’s journey, with the Group celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

 

The event, opened by the Mayor of Malaga Mr. Francisco de la Torre, along with Mr. Juan Ignacio Zafra Becerra, Regional Director at Caixabank for East Andalusia and Murcia and Mr. Emilio López Caparrós Chairman of the Provincial Constructors and Developers Association of Malaga,  was attended by over 80 entrepreneurs and professionals from the sector from all over the province.

 

Grupo Peñarroya was pleased to participate at this event, providing all its experience accumulated over the last 50 years that we are celebrating in 2016.
